Hi everyone. For those taking Cambridge Examinations, let's talk today about the PET speaking part.
The Speaking test takes between 10 and 12 minutes. You take it with a partner. There will be two examiners. One of them will just listen to you, the other will ask you and your partner questions, and then ask you to talk to each other.
This Speaking part has 4 parts.
PART 1: Personal Information( 2-3 minutes)
PART 2: Simulated situation ( 2-3 minutes)
PART 3: Responding to a photograph( 3 minutes)
PART 4: General conversation based on the photographs (3 minutes)
Here there is an exammple:
Remember you can ask the examiner or your partner to repeat anything you do not understand.
